This app will only work if you have been provided with a unique identifying number. This app tracks several health outcome measures; it reports your step data, location data, allows you to perform the six-minute walk test and records your responses to health-related quality of life questionnaires. This information is anonymously and securely uploaded to a secure database. Researchers who have your written informed consent, will have access to the data.
